Addax Education Holding W.L.L.
Elaph Investments is a founding shareholder of Addax Education Holding (“AEH”) which is a company established in May 2008 by a team of education and private equity professionals in partnership with two regional investment banks, to invest in and manage for-profit K-12 schools and other education related businesses across the GCC and the rest of the Middle East. AEH has in turn set up and manages First Education Holding B.S.C., a dedicated holding company that has successfully raised US$50 million dedicated to acquiring schools across the region.
Fahmi Al-Shawa represents Elaph Investments on the board of directors and investment committee of AEH and First Education respectively.
