Merlyn has over six years of experience in office administration. She is currently in charge of administration and accounts at Elaph Investments.

Before joining Elaph, Merlyn was with Hepworth Plastics ME in the Administration and HR departments. Prior to 2005, Merlyn spent two years with Citibank (India) in Customer Services and three years with Monitron (P) Ltd., a subsidiary of Group 4 Falck.

Merlyn graduated with a BCom from Mumbai University in 1999 and is currently pursuing an MBA in HR & Finance from Mahatma Gandhi University in Dubai.
