In addition to being active board members, we are directly involved with our portfolio companies’ financial decision making process, implementation of best practice corporate governance as well as on issues relating to tactical and strategic planning, often through management committee participation.
The essence of partnership in our investments is derived not only from our hands-on approach but also by our dedicated focus and time spent with the portfolio companies. Time spent with the management teams of our companies is a core pillar of Elaph Investments’ strategy and principles.
We believe that quality of investments counts for much more than quantity in the long-term and therefore Elaph Investments seeks to execute and invest in no more than 3 transactions per year.
