– Elaph builds solid relationships with its investment partners. We typically seek to retain existing management in the companies we invest in and to provide them with an opportunity to participate in the equity investment.
We also work with experienced managers to identify and consummate acquisitions or strategic ventures in their fields of expertise.
– We are selective about the deals we do. Typically we invest in no more than 3 – 4 businesses a year. Once committed to a transaction, we use all of our resources to ensure a thorough, prompt, and efficient due diligence investigation and a successful closing.
– While Elaph does not interfere with management of day-to-day operation of its investments it closely monitors such operations, budgets, and provides invaluable resources for the future growth of the business.
