Our private equity experience has allowed us to develop an investment process that, while being extremely thorough, is flexible enough to respond to time-sensitive situations. Our approach is to be lead investor with either a majority or significant minority shareholding.
We understand that no two investment opportunities are the same and reflect this in our open-minded approach to the structure of any transaction. If the opportunity is right, we will work with the management and counter-party to complete a deal however complex and demanding the transaction may be.
We believe that quality of investments counts for much more than quantity in the long-term and therefore Elaph Investments seeks to execute and invest in no more than 3 - 4 transactions per year.
