Elaph Investments is a founding investor of Sidra Investments LLC (“Sidra”), a newly formed company that will invest in the retail food and beverages industry across the GCC. In addition to providing a master franchisor platform to enable unique international and regional food and beverages concepts to penetrate the local markets, Sidra will act as a spearhead to consolidate the regional retail food market. Sidra, which is lead by seasoned F&B professionals, targets all segments of the food and beverages market that fall between fine dining and fast food and backs concepts that have a fundamentally solid business model.
Mohammed AbdulGhaffar Hussain and Fahmi Al Shawa represent Elaph Investments on the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of Sidra respectively.
